Sophisticated Floral Table Arrangement

Eeeep. You know sometimes you can think little vases of flowers on table arrangements can be cute....but can they be sophisticated? Well the answer thanks to Sofia Crokos via Camille Styles is a resounding yes! Just check out this soiree Sofia did recently - for me, its the elements surrounding the florals that bring everything up a notch. From the silver plates to the white linens to the frosted vases. I. Love. It. All.

Science Flowers

Tee hee hee. Flowers sitting in science equipment. I like it!

Glorious Flowers In My House

I was lucky enough this month to have some beautiful flowers in my house thanks to being given a BIG bunch of flowers to take home after a lovely friends wedding and another friend who left a post 'thanks for letting me stay at your house' pressie. I felt so lucky. Of course, the perfect thing to do was split them into smaller bunches so the flower fun could be all over the house!

When Hooks Wont Do

Some venue hire's won't allow you to place hooks or nails into the walls. But this Martha Stewart wedding's idea finds an easy way to get around that. A sweet little daisy garland was hung over each doorway and then a daisy initial was suspended from each door. It looks so cute doesn't it?.

Loving This

My cousin Matthew (who's a florist) is going to kill me when I tell you this.  But sometimes, I think wedding flowers can be stunning when they are beautifully simple.  Just look at these little beauties.
