Happy happy joy joy!!! The Big A and I are now married. The big day was amazing, even better than I thought it could be. Its honeymoon time now but I couldn't resist sharing this sneak peak of our wedding from our amazing photographer Karl at Welsch Photography. He did a great job right? I'll be back in about 3 weeks time. Until then take care!

Amaze-ball Background for a photobooth

So. The intent of this photoshoot from Ivy & Aster is meant to show of their totally beautiful range of bridesmaid dresses. BUT! I couldn't help but notice their fab vintage book background and how amaze-balls this would look as a photobooth backdrop. Can someone please go and do this right now?

Photo Booth Fun

Regular readers might know about my obsession with photo booths. I think they are just so much darn fun. So you can imagine I loved what Brooklyn designers have done for their latest range of cute scarf and tie accessories - photobooth cuteness!

A Special Moment

I'm not normally one to post really schmutltzy photos but I just loved how these two have been caught in a special moment, doesn't it get to you?

An Example Of The Photography Style I Love

Lovely readers, the Big A and I are on the photographer hunt at the moment. Its been lots of fun searching out awesome photographers and the different styles from documentary style to the more artsy. This number from Stephanie Williams I reckon sums up the look that I love - capturing all the perfect details, that washed out vignettes and images that feel .... well ... happy!

Adrian and Laura, This is For You

Photographer Series: Anna Rose

Introducing the next in our photographers series - Perth based Jen Regan of Anna Rose Photography. The thing I think I love most about Anna is the amazing colour palate that seems to sweep across her work. Beautiful washed our colour that seems to ooze style and romance. I love how no detail too big or small doesn't escape Anna, just as this little cross section of her work shows. For more beautiful work visit her blog.

The Photographer Series: You Can't Be Serious

I nearly died when I came across Brisbane based Hailey Bartholomew from You Can't Be Serious. She's a seriously clever mum who shoots with such a beautiful eye and who's talents don't stop there - she also a short film maker, Canon Photo5 winner and seems like an all round cool chick. I love her take in finding the happy little moments and her treatment of her shots makes them feel creative and unique.

Same Hill Only Different

Thanks to A Cup of Jo for this little beauty. Paul Octavious, a Chicago based photographer has created this beautiful series "Same Hill Different Day" where he would visit the same hill every day and capture whatever action was going on. Aren't these just beautiful?
