Here is my own lil intro for her:
*She went to my school. (Its a really small private school so it's really quite shocking actually)
*She went to FIDM in LA.
*She designs shoes for a company that isn't her own.
*She actually wanted to do dance before fashion, and kinda ended up doing both.
*Didn't plan on designing shoes while in school.
*She has amazing values and is a Christian :)
Her name is Katie Mae Anderson and shes a shoe designer for BCFootwear.
I've also featured BCFootwear.net on previous posts.
I met her through my design teacher in school and totally awed over her and her story on becoming what she is today. I got the inspiration for this "mini feature" because while I was on vacation in Utah, I stopped into a Famous Footwear and stumbled upon a rack of BCF shoes!
So naturally I took pics :) Which I'll share here!
Okay well as I said this is a "mini" so I shall stop here. But not because I want to. I'll try to set up a interview with her(fingers crossed) in the near future so you can check her out yourself!
