OK, so I'm always getting asked by my friends(and brother)
"What is 'IN' and what should I have in my closet?"
Well,I picked a few and here is your answer.....
First, Flannels and Button downs are very popular right now.
They are great in the fall and winter and add color to any outfit. They are also VERY comfy. I actually "borrowed" my mom's flannels because they are so comfortable! Plus they are versatile. You can leave them like they are, or for that "in between weather" just unbutton it and roll up the sleeves.

Next are the JACKETS AND COATS!
These are my personal favs because I love outer wear.
Now there are many styles out there like trench coats for formal wear or hoodies, military style, or leather jackets for everyday wear.

And now for Leggings....
Every girl should have at least ONE pair of neutral leggings. They are great to wear under short dresses and skirts and even look like cute pants with an extra long shirt. They also make comfortable workout wear.
And for the guys....
some cool distressed straight leg jeans. They look good on any guy no matter their size. Add some cool sneaks and there you go. Simple.

A great way to make any look "Cassy" (casual and dressy ;) ) is to add a vest. I recommend getting a plain one first, so it will go with everything, but you can go as simple or as wild with your vests as you want.

And now to accessorize!!
First, the shades....
My personal favorites, and probably every ones, are the RayBans. They come in sooo many colors and look good on practically any face. They are big without being too big. I love these types of sunglasses and have several pairs myself.

And THE TIE!!!
Now alot of guys own,or should own, a tie. But us girls can wear them too! I collect ties and think they go great with many outfits. Now tie styles can't really be messed up, except I recommend thinner ties for girls. As long as you make sure the tie color goes with what your wearing, you should be good.
Ties look great with vests, open blazers, and sometimes dresses. Like I said, try to make sure it goes with your outfit.
