So yes, prom has passed and one of my best friends was wearing an original creation by yours truly ;) It is also the dress I'm entering for the Joann's Own Your Look Prom Contest:)
Here I've added a pic of the dress. Now I'm working on the accessory, it's a purse. CORRECTION a clutch. I think it's super cute, but maybe I'm biased, oh well. I wish a had a pic but...yeah I'm a designer, NOT a photographer...sorry. Maybe if I place (MAYBE) I'll post a picture of it.
So as I was saying, I made it for my friend, VERY FICKLE GIRL (and I know she reads this blog ;) ) And, no offense(she knows), Her body isn't the easiest to style! But, hey, I think it turned out pretty darn good....I think. So she at first something WAYYY too...out there. So I toned it down and it actually turned out to look like a cross between Taylor Swift goes not-so-fancy- red carpet and a upside down flower (Yeah I crossed the two!!)
So without any further ado here it is...(p.s. she actually picked the fabric herself! *snaps for her* lol)
Oh yeah, and here are the three dresses together :)
Ok so I'm now down swooning over my pride and joys. Did I tell you I've been working on these since last month? Yeah I did.
