Our 7 Year Anniversary

I'm doing a bit of reminiscing today.  Back in March the Big A and I celebrated our anniversary, it was such a fun day.  We take it in turns to be in charge of the day's celebrations and this year it was up to me.  First up was a stealth mission to surprise A at work with a present.  I filled a jar with his favorite lollies and then attached a big red helium balloon. (the idea was inspired by the amazing Jordan from Oh Happy Day) The Big A works at a university so I dropped the present in the uni courtyard and then got one of his friends to tell him "there is a message for you to go to the courtyard and look for something red" He came downstairs with an inquisitive look and then a bit smile when he read his card!  Here are some pics I took while hiding behind a tree watching him find his present.

With the success of the stealth present mission over we went me up later that day at our favourite harbour beach for a sunset picnic.  I'd brought along a gourmet picnic mix - a beautiful mat, candles, delicious food, beer.  It was so much fun.  

Sunday Afternoon Champagne

Sunday afternoon champagne anyone? Hurrah!  My lovely friends Nushie and Tobias got engaged this week so the Big A and I went over to celebrate with some champagne and chocolate covered strawberries.
